From your initial consultation to ongoing support, every stage of your weight loss journey is personalised to meet your unique goals. Here’s how our weight management treatment works:
Step 1 – Book Your Inquiry Call
To begin your weight loss journey, start by booking a time slot for us to get in touch with you via our easy-to-use online booking system.
Step 2 – Your Appointment
Our Patient Care team will be in touch at your chosen time to book in your initial consultation via video or phone call and blood test.
You will also be sent a simple pre-appointment questionnaire to complete in order to give us further insight into your health and weight loss goals.
Step 3 – Your Initial Consultation
During your first consultation you will meet our weight management expert, Dr. Shashi Prasad, who will assess your health, review your blood test results, and discuss your weight loss goals.
If you’re eligible, you’ll receive your prescription for your weight loss medication which will then be delivered straight to your door.
Step 4 – Four Week Check-in
After four weeks you will receive a 10-minute follow-up call from your doctor, where we will discuss your progress, review how you are responding to the medication and give you personalised support to keep you on track.
If eligible, you’ll receive a repeat prescription for the medication.
Step 5 – Ongoing Monitoring & Support
To ensure you’re getting the results you want, you’ll have follow-up consultations after three and six months. Each of these follow-up consultations will include a review of your progress, personalised guidance, and adjustments to your plan if needed.
