Dr. Liz is an experienced GP with a deep passion for identifying the root causes of women’s health issues. She adopts a whole-person approach, using the best tools from conventional medicine, lifestyle and functional medicine, and bioidentical hormone therapy to create personalized care plans that support sustainable health and well-being.
Dr. Liz is driven by a need to understand the intricate nuts and bolts of human physiology to uncover how things can go awry. Holding a First-Class Joint Honours degree in Anatomy and Physiology, along with two Honours Prizes and a Distinction in Medicine, Dr. Liz’s academic achievements reflect her dedication to excellence.
She completed her General Practitioner training in West Sussex and holds additional qualifications, including a Diploma in Family Planning, training in coil fitting, certification in Functional Medicine, and an Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care. Dr. Liz is also soon to be a qualified British Menopause Specialist, further enhancing her expertise in supporting women through hormonal transitions.
Her areas of expertise include perimenopause, menopause, endometriosis, PCOS, PMS, and PMDD. Dr. Liz is deeply committed to understanding not just symptoms but the full picture of her patients’ lives by taking the time to step back, view the whole person, and uncover the root causes of health concerns.
Dr. Liz’s core philosophy is rooted in a whole-person approach, blending traditional and functional medicine with bioidentical hormone therapy. She emphasizes lifestyle interventions alongside medical treatments to address the underlying causes of hormonal imbalances. Her goal is to deliver sustainable health and well-being by correcting imbalances at their source, rather than simply managing symptoms.
When not working at either Marion Gluck or her NHS practice, she can be found with her family including three young girls, outdoors—swimming, hiking, surfing, or sailing—embracing the very lifestyle principles she encourages in her practice.
