    Immediately after booking you’ll receive a confirmation email and a link to a pre-appointment questionnaire (for new patients only.)

    In addition, you will receive a check-in phone call from a member of our team 30 minutes before your appointment.

    We currently offer face-to-face appointments in two locations, The Door W4 and 58 Wellbeing Centre. When completing the booking form, make sure to select ‘Face-to-Face Consultation’.

    It is not necessary to book with the same doctor you saw last time. While many people prefer to do so, if your previous doctor is heavily booked or unavailable, you can safely book with any of our other practitioners. Your clinical notes are accessible by each of our doctors and you will be able to continue your treatment as normal.

    All of our available appointment slots are shown here and are bookable online. These are the same slots that will be available if you book over the phone.
