MSc In Advance Practice
Elena is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, originally from Romania but trained and lived in UK for the last 20 years. She has an MSc in Advance Practice, and she is continuously advancing her training and skills. She has been working during these years within NHS and will continue working for the NHS whilst she has joined Marion Gluck as she believes in a different approach to health care and has a specialist interest in menopause.
Elena has a caring nature and thrive when faced with new challenges. She believes in sharing ideas and good practice; she is a people person striving not only to achieve targets but to offer quality services. Elena has good communication skills and foster good relationships with patients, peers and managers. She is hoping her role at Marion Gluck will enhance communication and offer patients the best care possible.
